Внешнеэкономическую деятельность вправе осуществлять предприятия,
организации, их объединения, кооперативы, иные юридические лица и
граждане после соответствующей регистрации. Регистрация участников
внешнеэкономической деятельности осуществляется органом,
уполномоченным Правительством республики.
Субъектом внешнеэкономической деятельности может выступать
Республика Кыргызстан.
