The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 24 декабря 2008 года № 270.
Индексация доходов производится в месяц, в котором индекс цен на
потребительские товары и услуги превысит свою пороговую величину
(5 процентов) с момента предыдущей индексации. Индексированный доход
выплачивается, начиная со следующего месяца.
