При проектировании, эксплуатации и ликвидации хозяйственных и иных
объектов разрабатываются и осуществляются меры по предотвращению
аварий и устранению их вредных экологических последствий.
В случае аварий, чрезвычайной экологической ситуации, предприятия
обязаны немедленно приступить к ее ликвидации в соответствии со
своими планами действий в чрезвычайных экологических ситуациях и
оповестить государственные органы и население в соответствии с
утвержденной в установленном порядке схемой.
