Заключение государственной экологической экспертизы должно быть
рассмотрено органом, принимающим хозяйственное решение до его
реализации.
Финансирование реализации проектов всех видов хозяйственной
деятельности открывается заказчику только при наличии положительного
заключения государственной экологической экспертизы. Реализация
проекта, подлежащего государственной экологической экспертизе, без
положительного заключения экспертизы запрещается.
