Государство гарантирует защиту имущественных прав предприятия. Изъятие государством у предприятия его основных фондов, оборотных средств и иного используемого им имущества не допускается, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных законодательными актами Кыргызской Республики. Убытки, причиненные предприятию в результате нарушения его имущественных прав гражданами, юридическими лицами и государственными органами, возмещаются предприятию по решению соответствующего суда.
