В случае пропуска указанных в статье 429 настоящего Кодекса сроков
для подачи жалобы по уважительным причинам эти сроки по заявлению
лица, подавшего жалобу, могут быть восстановлены Государственным
таможенным комитетом Кыргызской Республики.
