Нарушение порядка уничтожения товаров, то есть несоблюдение
установленных требований, ограничений и условий уничтожения товаров,
помещения отходов, образовавшихся в результате уничтожения товаров,
под соответствующий таможенный режим -
влечет наложение штрафа в размере до десяти минимальных ставок
заработной платы либо в размере от десяти до ста процентов стоимости
товаров, подлежащих уничтожению.
