Склады временного хранения могут быть открытого типа, то есть
доступными для использования любыми лицами, и закрытого типа, то
есть предназначенными для хранения товаров определенных лиц.
Склады временного хранения, учреждаемые таможенными органами
Кыргызской Республики, являются складами открытого типа.
Склады временного хранения закрытого типа могут учреждаться в том
случае, если имеются достаточные основания для нецелесообразности
учреждения склада открытого типа.
