Статья 125. Сроки таможенного оформления

Таможенное оформление производится в срок не более 3 дней со дня
подачи декларации.
В случае просрочки указанного срока Государственный таможенный
комитет Кыргызской Республики несет ответственность в виде оплаты
всех убытков, включая упущенную выгоду лицу, которому нанесен ущерб в
связи с несвоевременным таможенным оформлением.
