Лицензионное соглашение (контракт) на деятельность в нефтегазовой отрасли заключается между лицензиаром, уполномоченным Правительством Кыргызской Республики и лицензиатом, и регистрируется лицензиаром согласно Закону Кыргызской Республики "О лицензировании".
