Министру обороны Кыргызской Республики предоставляется право в
случае необходимости:
1) задерживать военнослужащих на действительной военной службе на
срок до двух месяцев сверх установленных сроков;
2) переводить военнослужащих из одного вида (рода) войск в другой
с соответствующим изменением сроков службы, а также перемещать военнос-
лужащих в целях служебной необходимости или по состоянию здоровья, се-
мейному положению из одной части в другую.
