запрещено в целях обеспечения национальной безопасности и охраны
окружающей природной среды.
Пользование недрами на территории населенных пунктов, пригородных
зон, объектов промышленности, связи и транспорта может быть
частично или полностью запрещено в случае, если это пользование
создает угрозу жизни и здоровью людей, может нанести ущерб
хозяйственным объектам или окружающей природной среде.
Пользование недрами на особо охраняемых территориях производится в
соответствии с их статусом.
