Юридическим лицам и гражданам недра предоставляются в пользование
на основании специальных разрешений (лицензий).
Лицензия является документом, удостоверяющим право ее владельца на
пользование участками недр в определенных границах с указанной целью
и при заданных горнотехнических, экономических и экологических
условиях.
Предоставление земельного участка осуществляется в соответствии с
Земельным кодексом Республики Кыргызстан.
