Республики: обеспечить безусловное соблюдение нормативов
распределения регулирующих доходов между республиканскими и местными
бюджетами, установленных статьей 6 настоящего Закона, полный учет
налогоплательщиков и объемов налогооблагаемых доходов, применяя в
необходимых случаях предусмотренные законодательством санкции.
