Председатели и члены государственных и рабочих приемочных
комиссий, включая представителей органов и учреждений государственного
санитарного надзора, обязаны принимать в эксплуатацию законченные
строительством, реконструированные объекты только при соблюдении
требований санитарных норм, правил и гигиенических нормативов, а при
их отсутствии - в соответствии с согласованной проектной
документацией.
