Развитие, ремонт, содержание и сохранность ведомственных автомобильных дорог обеспечиваются за счет средств ведомств, в ведении которых находятся эти дороги. Ведомственные автомобильные дороги могут быть открыты для общего пользования по решению их владельцев после получения положительного заключения уполномоченных государственных органов в сфере транспорта и дорог и обеспечения безопасности дорожного движения.
