1. Если иное не предусмотрено договором или законом, залог
обеспечивает требование в том его объеме, какой оно имеет к моменту
фактического удовлетворения (включая проценты), возмещение убытков,
причиненных просрочкой исполнения, неустойку (штраф, пеню),
необходимые издержки на содержание заложенного имущества, а также
возмещение расходов по взысканию.
2. Залог может устанавливаться в отношении требований, которые
возникнут в будущем при условии, если стороны договорятся о
размере обеспечения залогом таких требований.
