Ипотекой признается залог предприятия, строения, здания,
сооружения или иного объекта, непосредственно связанного с землей,
вместе с соответствующим земельным участком или правом пользования им.
В случае ипотеки предприятия, строения, здания, сооружения и
других объектов, одновременно осуществляется залог права пользования
соответствующим земельным участком.
