Разгосударствление и приватизация в сфере культуры осуществляется
под контролем и с разрешения Правительства Республики Кыргызстан.
Объекты и учреждения национально-культурного достояния,
находящиеся в ведении и под охраной государства, разгосударствлению и
приватизации не подлежат.
