Размеры ставок и должностных окладов работников государственных
предприятий, учреждений и организаций культуры устанавливаются
постановлениями республиканского правительства.
Максимальная величина заработной платы не ограничивается и
устанавливается в соответствии с качеством, количеством и видом
труда в пределах средств, направленных в фонд заработной платы.
Все работники культуры, руководители государственных органов,
предприятий, учреждений и организаций культуры проходят
периодическую аттестацию, независимо от имеющихся почетных званий и
занимаемых должностей.
