Государственное вмешательство в культурную деятельность
ограничивается запрещением пропаганды войны, насилия и жестокости,
расовой, национальной и религиозной розни, пресечением распространения
порнографии и натуралистической эротики.
Любое ограничение прав граждан в сфере культуры устанавливается
исключительно законом.
