Профессиональный коллектив творческих работников считается единым
юридическим субъектом со дня регистрации в местном Совете. Изменения
в составе творческого коллектива допускаются только с согласия
самого коллектива.
Правовое положение творческого коллектива регулируется действующим
законодательством.
