или заместители руководителей организаций. Полномочия указанных
лиц подтверждаются документами, удостоверяющими их служебное
положение.
Представителями сторон могут быть также другие лица, полномочия
этих лиц подтверждаются надлежаще оформленной доверенностью
организации.
