Условия договора, ущемляющие права потребителя по сравнению с
правами, установленными законодательством Республики Кыргызстан,
признаются недействительными. Если в результате применения условий
договора, ущемляющих права потребителя, ему был причинен ущерб, то
этот ущерб должен быть возмещен изготовителем (исполнителем,
продавцом) в полном объеме.
