Полномочия прокурора по надзору за исполнением законов органами,
осуществляющими оперативно-розыскную деятельность, дознание и
предварительное следствие, устанавливаются уголовно-процессуальным
законодательством и другими законодательными актами Кыргызской
Республики.
Указания Генерального прокурора по вопросам следствия и дознания,
не требующим законодательного регулирования, являются обязательными
для исполнения.
