Вступление в брак гражданина Кыргызской Республики с лицом, состо-
ящим в гражданстве другого государства, или с лицом без гражданства, а
также расторжение брака не влечет изменения гражданства супругов.
Изменение гражданства одним супругом не влечет изменения гражданс-
тва другого супруга.
