Кыргызской Республики
Гражданство Кыргызской Республики приобретается:
1) по рождению;
2) в результате приема в гражданство;
3) по основаниям, предусмотренным межгосударственными договорами
Кыргызской Республики;
4) по иным основаниям, предусмотренным настоящим Законом.
