постановлением Правительства Кыргызской Республики по представлению
специально уполномоченных органов.
Государственный природный национальный парк является юридическим
лицом и действует на основании положения о нем, утверждаемом органом,
в ведении которого он находится.
Расходы, связанные с деятельностью государственных природных
национальных парков, финансируются за счет бюджетных ассигнований и
других источников.
