В состав имущества дорожных органов, наряду с автомобильными
дорогами, входит как принадлежащее им, так и находящееся в полном
хозяйственном ведении государственное имущество, включая основные и
оборотные средства.
Не подлежит выкупу имущество дорожных органов, необходимое для
обеспечения нормального функционирования автомобильных дорог
общего пользования.
