Сократить неотбытый срок наказания:
а) осужденным, отбывающим наказание в колониях-поселениях и не
подпадающим под действие статей 1 и 2 настоящего Закона, - на
половину;
б) осужденным за умышленные преступления к лишению свободы на срок
до пяти лет включительно и не подпадающим под действие статьи 1
настоящего Закона, - на половину;
в) осужденным за умышленные преступления к лишению свободы на срок
свыше пяти лет и не подпадающим под действие статьи 1 настоящего
Закона, - на одну треть.
