Распоряжение городскими землями является правом Бишкекского городского кенеша и главы Бишкекской городской государственной администрации в соответствии с их полномочиями. Городской кенеш:
- принимает решения по организации земельно-хозяйственного устройства территории города, рассматривает и утверждает генеральные проекты и схемы городского землеустройства;
- совершает иные действия, предусмотренные земельным законодательством.
