Суммы превышения доходов над расходами по сметам специальных средств бюджетных учреждений вносятся ими в доход соответствующих бюджетов, если законодательными актами Кыргызской Республики не установлено иное направление этих сумм. Перечень специальных средств бюджетных учреждений, порядок и сроки их уплаты определяются Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
