Статья 23. Ответственность за введение дополнительных видов местных налогов

The act is no longer in force. Basis: Закон КР от 7 апреля 1997 года №20.
В случаях введения дополнительных видов местных налогов и сборов,
не предусмотренных настоящим Законом, без соответствующего
разрешения на то Жогорку Кенеша Кыргызской Республики, полученные
доходы по этим видам налогов и сборов изымаются из местного бюджета
в доход республиканского бюджета.
