Плательщиками местных налогов и сборов являются все хозяйствующие
субъекты, их филиалы и объединения, включая иностранные, а также
граждане Кыргызской Республики, иностранцы и лица без гражданства,
осуществляющие те или иные виды деятельности на территории местных
органов власти.
