Начисленные суммы пенсии, не востребованные пенсионером
своевременно, выплачиваются за прошлое время не более чем за 3 года
перед обращением за получением пенсии.
Суммы пенсии, не полученные своевременно по вине органа,
назначающего или выплачивающего пенсию, выплачиваются за прошлое
время без ограничения какими-либо сроком.
