Отделение Социального фонда не позднее 5 дней после вынесения
соответствующего решения выдает или посылает предприятию, организации
или заявителю извещение об отказе в назначении пенсии с указанием
причины отказа и порядка обжалования и одновременно возвращает все
документы.
