Гражданам, имеющим особые заслуги перед Кыргызской Республикой в
области государственной, общественной и хозяйственной деятельности,
защиты Родины, или выдающиеся заслуги в области науки, техники,
культуры, образования, здравоохранения и спорта, отмеченным почетными
званиями и государственными наградами, могут назначаться пенсии за
особые заслуги перед Кыргызской Республикой.
Положение о пенсиях за особые заслуги перед Кыргызской Республикой
утверждается Правительством Кыргызской Республики.
