Обращение за назначением пенсии может осуществляться в любое время
после возникновения права на пенсию, без ограничения каким-либо
сроком.
При этом пенсии по возрасту и по инвалидности назначаются
независимо от того, прекращена работа ко времени обращения за
пенсией или продолжается. Пенсии за выслугу лет назначаются при
оставлении работы, дающей право на эту пенсию.
