Военнослужащие, ставшие инвалидами вследствие ранения, контузии
или увечья, полученных при защите Родины или при исполнении иных
обязанностей военной службы, либо вследствие заболевания,
связанного с пребыванием на фронте, имеют право на пенсию:
мужчины - по достижении 55 лет и при стаже работы не менее 25 лет;
женщины - по достижении 50 лет и при стаже работы не менее 20 лет.
