Право на пенсию по возрасту имеют:
мужчины - по достижении 60 лет и при стаже работы не менее 25 лет;
женщины - по достижении 55 лет и при стаже работы не менее 20 лет.
Пенсии по возрасту назначаются пожизненно, независимо от состояния
