Основанием для возбуждения дела о ликвидации в суде является иск
кредитора, заявление неплатежеспособного предприятия, либо
государственного органа в отношении предприятий, осуществляющих
деятельность без лицензии либо деятельность, запрещенную Законом.
Заявление неплатежеспособного предприятия или владельцев
предприятия не может быть отозвано.
Иск кредитора может быть отозван им до принятия судом решения о
ликвидации.
