Для заключения мирового соглашения кредиторам необходимо соблюдать
условия, предусмотренные частью первой статьи 23 настоящего Закона.
Для кредиторов, не согласных на заключение мирового соглашения, не
могут быть установлены условия худшие, чем для согласившихся на
мировое соглашение кредиторов, претензии которых отнесены к одной и
той же очереди.
