Ликвидированное предприятие подлежит регистрации в органе, который
зарегистрировал его при учреждении.
Государственный орган обязан исполнить решение суда о завершении
ликвидационного производства, а также решение учредителей,
акционеров или ликвидатора о ликвидации предприятия (в случае
ликвидации без судебного участия независимо от платежеспособности
предприятия) в течение трех дней.
