Статья 43. Отчет ликвидатора

После удовлетворения претензий, предусмотренных статьей 41
настоящего Закона, ликвидатор представляет в суд заключительный отчет
о своей деятельности с приложением ликвидационного баланса и отчета об
использовании средств, оставшихся после удовлетворения претензий.
Суд утверждает отчет ликвидатора, принимает решение и сообщает о
нем органу, осуществляющему государственную регистрацию предприятия.
