Предприятия, учреждения, организации и физические лица вправе предъявлять исковые требования в суд о прекращении деятельности юридических лиц, нарушающих водное законодательство. Решение суда о прекращении деятельности юридических лиц, оказывающих вредное воздействие на водные объекты или водохозяйственные сооружения, является основанием для прекращения их финансирования соответствующими банковскими учреждениями, если иное не предусмотрено вынесенным решением.
