Сброс в водные объекты и водохозяйственные сооружения производственных, бытовых и других видов отходов и отбросов запрещается. Сброс сточных вод в водные объекты допускается при соблюдении требований, предусмотренных статьей 36 настоящего Закона. Предприятия, организации, учреждения и граждане обязаны предотвращать загрязнение водных объектов и водохозяйственных сооружений удобрениями и ядохимикатами и не допускать загрязнения и засорения водных объектов вследствие потерь древесины, химических, нефтяных и иных продуктов, влияющих на качество вод.
