На водных объектах, являющихся местами обитания диких водоплавающих птиц и ценных пушных зверей, в организованных охотничьих хозяйствах, а также на участках, где осуществляются мероприятия по восстановлению и охране флоры и фауны, могут быть ограничены пребывание граждан, застройка береговых зон и другие действия, ухудшающие деятельность охотничьего хозяйства.
