Право выдвижения кандидатов в депутаты принадлежит политическим
партиям, зарегистрированным в установленном порядке Министерством
юстиции, их блокам, трудовым коллективам, а также собраниям
избирателей по месту жительства.
Любой гражданин Кыргызской Республики, обладающий в соответствии
со ст.2 настоящего Закона правом быть избранным в депутаты Жогорку
Кенеша, имеет право на самовыдвижение кандидатом в депутаты.
