Предвыборная агитация в день выборов запрещается, за исключением
средств постоянной наглядной агитации в предназначенных для этого
местах, если они были вывешены не менее чем за 24 часа до начала
выборов. Никакие средства наглядной агитации не могут находиться в
помещении для голосования.
