Окружные комиссии образуются Центральной комиссией в составе
председателя и 10 членов за 3 месяца до начала выборов.
Представители в состав окружной комиссии выдвигаются трудовыми
коллективами, политическими партиями и собраниями избирателей по
месту жительства. Соответствующие органы местного самоуправления
ответственны за организацию и проведение выдвижения членов окружных
комиссий. Окружные комиссии прекращают свою деятельность после
признания Жогорку Кенеша полномочий избранных депутатов.
